Shipping policy

At Madison Wear, we believe shopping for fashion should feel as enjoyable as wearing it. That’s why our shipping process is designed to be smooth, reliable, and transparent—so your order reaches you quickly and safely, without any surprises.

We cover all delivery costs within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France and Italy. That means no extra shipping fees at checkout—just your selected fashion pieces, carefully packed and sent straight to your door. For now, our shipping services are limited to addresses within Ireland, and every order is handled with attention to detail before it leaves our facility.

Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Transit time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Total delivery time: In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–10 business days.

Our daily order cut-off time is 17:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

All parcels are shipped through trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey. While we always strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier service disruptions. If this happens, we will keep you informed until your order safely arrives.

Wrong Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Note: If the customer refuses delivery or does not collect their order within the specified timeframe (usually 5–7 days), the merchant is not responsible for the refused delivery and cannot issue a refund.
